1. Why QWB 100% Human Virgin Hair Is Worth For Investment?

2. How Many Bundles Hair Do I Need?

3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20'' 4bundles will be recommended. If you want full effect, 4 bundles are necessary. 3 bundles for small size head or combine top closures is good choice.

3. Can I color, bleach, curl or straighten it to any style?

Our hair is 100% human virgin hair without any chemical processed in natural black color, can dye or bleach to any color with proper care, even #613 color, but chemical process is highly professional work, time and consistency are the most important part, if you are not familiar with it, DON’T take a chance to risk your investment, pls consult with a hair stylist and allow them to help you. Hair can be wand curled or straightened with certain temperature, also hold curls well, pls follow our hair care instruction to do chemical procced and heat treatment.

4. Will this hair hold curls well, and will our hair texture go back to original pattern after flat iron?

Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips:

>> Find correct temperature for hair curling. We will suggest u raise the temperature little by little to test it out.

>> Time control is very important, we will suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8~10 seconds with proper temperature.

>> Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.

For long term use, we DO NOT RECOMMEND customers flat iron the curly and wavy texture frequently. Our hair is high temperature steam processed, not marcel water processed. High temperature iron the hair will damage the pattern little by little. Especially DEEP WAVE & TIGHT CURLY, flat iron it will damage these beautiful patterns a lot. Please notice that in advance.

5. What type of hair care products should I use?

Co-wash the hair before install is NECESSARY!!! We usually recommend Dove shampoo and conditioner, it’d better if you wash it once a week. To treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products as we mentioned in the hair care instruction. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sits on the hair 5~10mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

6. Will raw human hair last longer, is worth to pay much on the hair

Sure, normally can last 2-3 years with proper care, also many of our clients have feedback that our hair can be used for 4-6 years. There are only 20% market share for 100% virgin hair, even much lower percent for longer length since it takes years and years to grow, fewer and fewer girls are willing to donate their hair even being paid high price. But lifetime is around 2-3 years compare to lower quality with cheaper price around 6 months, if 50% higher price can get 4-6 times service life, which one do you think is more pricey?

7. How to measure the length?

To get the right measurement, please stretch it straight. There will be some short hair because our hair is standard single drawn hair, it’d look more natural like our growing hair. For virgin hair, it's impossible to have the exact same length for every strand, so the hair will be thicker from the top to the middle and less hair at the ends.

8. How long will you process and ship the order?

QWB's work time (PST): Monday - Friday 5PM – 2AM. When an order is placed during the workday, it will ship that same day and usually take 3-4 business days for delivery by DHL or Fedex.
